Explanation of plan details

After agreeing to the terms of use, you can apply for membership from the website managed and operated by this club.

※ Subscription This is a subscription type service where once you apply, you can automatically use it from the next term onwards unless you complete the cancellation procedure by the due date.

Summary

You will be required to pay an enrollment fee and monthly membership fee. Note that if you also use optional services, you will also pay for them. For details, please see the explanation of optional services below.

Explanation of usage fees

Enrollment fee: ¥22,000 (tax included) will be paid when applying for membership. Monthly membership fee: For the basic service, you will pay the next month's membership fee for the following amount, which is different for each of the following two plans, on the last day of the previous month.

About the daily rate of expenses

At the time of signing a contract, you will be charged an enrollment fee, a monthly membership fee for the contract month (divided daily by the number of days remaining in that month), and the monthly membership fee for the following month (full amount for 1 month).

The daily rate is calculated for each month based on the number of days in that month.

Example: In the case of STANDARD PLAN on 6/15
・Monthly membership fee (¥22,000 (tax included) ÷ 31 days x 16 days remaining = ¥11,355 (tax included)) and enrollment fee (¥2,2000 (incl. tax)) for the contract month (6 months)
・Pay a total of ¥55,355 (tax included) of the monthly membership fee (¥22,000 (tax included)) for the next month (July) at the time of application (6/15)
・Payment of ¥22,000 (tax included) for each month after the 3rd month (8 months or later) on the last day of the previous month (2/20, 3/20,...)

About the date of commencement of use

If membership registration is completed and this usage agreement is established, and membership fees, etc. required to be paid at the time of application have been paid in full, you can use it from that day. *After visiting the store, you will need to complete the prescribed procedures.

CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP

Procedure for canceling a contract

When canceling the basic service usage contract, it is necessary to complete the cancellation procedure at the store. We cannot accept orders via the website, phone, email, or fax. If the cancellation procedure is carried out by the 10th of the month prior to which you wish to cancel, the contract will be canceled on the last day of that month. If it is made on or after the 11th, the contract will be canceled on the last day of the following month.

*If you enroll during the pre-application period from 2023/4/17 to 2023/5/25, you will not be able to cancel your membership in 2023/6. From 2023/7, you will be able to cancel your membership according to the normal terms and conditions.

Refunds

Due to their nature, enrollment fees and monthly membership fees cannot be refunded except when stipulated in the Terms of Use or laws and regulations.

Contract cancellation fee

There is no contract cancellation fee.

About membership cards

Your membership card will be deactivated, but you can take it home after completing the procedure.

FREEZING MEMBERSHIP

About freezing membeship

Members can take a break after completing the prescribed procedures at the store themselves or through an agent who can confirm their legal authority. We do not accept requests via the website, phone, email, fax, etc. Also, you can use the suspension when you have exceeded 3 months of continuous use.

Procedure for freezing

The recess procedure can be carried out at the store reception desk by the 10th of the month before you wish to start the recess. If it is held after the 11th, it will be closed on the last day of the following month. Please note that “2,200 yen (tax included) /month” is charged as an adjournment fee.
*If you enroll during the campaign period, etc., the continuous use period and cancellation fees may differ.

About changing the payment method

You can make changes. Please contact the store reception.

Use of facilities during the recess period

You will not be able to use the facility during the recess period.

Maximum freezing period

You can specify an inactivity period on a monthly basis, with an upper limit of 1 year.

Unfreezing membership

Members who have been suspended will automatically return to basic services with the same details as before the day after the end of the recess period. However, it is necessary to pay the full amount of the following usage fees by the return date.

Monthly membership fee for the return month (divided daily by the number of days remaining in that month): During the recess period, you will be exempted from paying membership fees, etc.
However, during the recess period, a monthly recess fee of ¥2,200 (tax included) will be charged.

As for the first month of recess, payment is due by the 10th day of the month before the month you wish to be suspended, and on the last day of every month during the period of continuous recess after that month.
