I will explain how to join online. Only credit card payments are accepted for membership fees.

JOIN AS A
NEW MEMBER

You can sign up online. If you register your membership information, you can smoothly start using it after handing over your membership card and providing facility information on the day without any procedures.

Entering customer information

  • Please proceed to the new member registration page from the [SIGN UP] button on the menu or the enrollment application button at each location.
  • Please fill in the customer information according to the information on the form.

Choose a plan

  • Please select a plan. You can choose from 3 plans: WEEK PASS/STANDARD/ADVANCED.
  • Please select whether or not to select an option. Currently, it is possible to sign up for an additional option for individual lockers.
  • Please select the date you want to start using it. (Select only 6/1 until GRAND OPEN) In addition to the enrollment fee, a daily fee will be charged according to the number of days remaining in the selected month in addition to the enrollment fee.
    当月入会の場合は、入会金に加え、選択された月の残り日数に応じた日割りの月会費が発生いたします。

FIRST VISIT

When visiting the store for the first time, please check the following information and come to the entrance between 11:00 and 22:30.

Admission information required 15 minutes
*It may take some time depending on the congestion situation.

Show your ID

  • Identity verification documents (ID registration) Identity verification documents ※Those that include your current address and are within the expiration date. Driver's license, driving history certificate, passport (with owner entry field), insurance card, basic resident registration card (with face photo), special permanent resident certificate, residence card, individual number card, physical disability certificate
  • We will take a photo of your face to confirm your identity.

Time for you to come

  • Please arrive between 11:00 and 22:30.
  • For admission between 7:00 and 11:00, you can start using it after registering your ID.
※ Once registration is complete, you will receive a stainless steel membership card with an IC chip.
※登録完了後、ICチップ付きのステンレス会員カードをお渡しいたします。

Admission location

  • AM 11:00 - PM 11:00
    You can visit the store from the regular entrance of Omotesando Hills.
  • BF3, 4-12-10 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 150-0001, Japan (3rd basement floor)
