After agreeing to the terms of use, you can apply for membership from the website managed and operated by this club.

Are there any cases where I can't join?

Those who fall under the following categories cannot join.
・Those who cannot comply with the rules of this gym
・Those who cannot present the ID card designated by us when enrolling, or those who are unable to verify the identity of the presented ID card
・A person determined by our company to be involved in a gangster group or antisocial force
・Those whose exercise is restricted by a doctor or the like
・Those who have infectious diseases or other diseases that can be transmitted or transmitted to others
・Other persons determined by the Company to be unfit as members
・Those who have been expelled from our gyms and services, and those who are delinquent on membership fees
・People under 18
・Those who do not have a residence card/special permanent resident certificate

Do I need an enrollment fee?

An enrollment fee of “22,000 yen (tax included)” is required.

Can I re-enroll after canceling my subscription?

You can re-enroll even if you cancel your subscription once. However, when re-enrolling, an enrollment fee (22,000 yen including tax) is required.

I'm a minor, can I join?

I'm sorry. Those under the age of 18 are not eligible to enroll.

Can I use it from the day I join?

You can use it from the day you join.
Since an ID application is required, “What do I need for the enrollment procedure?” Please check it out.

What do I need for the enrollment process?

Once you have completed your online enrollment, please bring the following to the store.
Documents to verify your identity
Driver's license/passport/insurance card/basic resident registration card (with face photo) /special permanent resident certificate/residence card/individual number card/physical disability certificate
Gym wear, gym shoes (clothing and shoes are also available for rent.)

How long does the enrollment process take?

Online enrollment takes 5 to 10 minutes, and when you first visit the store, it takes about 15 minutes, including information on the facility and handing over your membership card.
*It may take some time depending on the congestion situation.

How do I pay my monthly membership fee?

You can pay by credit card.

Can foreigners join?

You can use the facility regardless of nationality, but we ask that you understand the Japanese rules and regulations yourself before using the facility.

Is it possible to issue receipts?

You can check “Usage History” from My Page.

About tattoos

People with tattoos can also join, but if you have extensive exposure, you must wear a T-shirt or long t-shirt. If your exposure exceeds the regulations, the staff will warn you, and if you are unable to wear clothing, you may be unsubscribed in accordance with the terms of use.

Do you have personal lockers?

There is a “contract locker” (for a fee) that you can sign up for in addition to the monthly membership fee as an option. It can store valuables, shakers, etc., so it is recommended for those who use it on their way home from work. * There are cases where it is “waiting for cancellation,” so please contact the staff.

Are there lockers I can use for free?

We have lockers that can be used free of charge, but the number is limited. Also, please take responsibility for managing your valuables, etc. The club is not responsible for any loss or the like.

Do you have a shower?

We have a shower room that you can use free of charge.

Is there a parking lot (bicycle parking)?

Are there any precautions when using the facility?

・After using the machine, please restore the weight etc. and wipe the machine with an alcohol sheet so that the next person can use it comfortably.
・Occupying the machine for a long time may interfere with other people's training. We ask for your cooperation when it is crowded.
・Training with an excessive load may lead to noise and injury. Please be considerate of others.
・When training with some machines, be sure to use safety equipment to ensure safety. We are able to maintain a safe, secure and comfortable space based on the morals of each and every member. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

What kind of clothes should I wear?

Please wear clothes that are easy to move around in and shoes suitable for exercise. Items that may damage machines or facilities, such as jeans, spike shoes, stilettos, etc., and shoes that may slip or fall cannot be used. Rental clothing (for a fee) is also available. Please feel free to contact our staff.

About the use of facilities in Tsuchiashi

You can also use it with earthen legs. If you have shoes, please change to indoor shoes in the locker room and use the training room. Rental shoes (for a fee) are also available. Please feel free to contact our staff.

Can I take an adjournment?

The suspension procedure can be carried out at the store reception desk by the 10th of the month before you wish to start the recess.
The recess will be adjourned on the 1st of the month you wish to start the recess. Please note that “2,200 yen (tax included) /month” is charged as an adjournment fee.
*If you enroll during the campaign period, etc., the continuous use period and cancellation fees may differ. If it takes place on or after the 11th of the month in which you wish to be adjourned, it will be adjourned from the 1st of the month following the recess procedure. Also, you can use the suspension when you have exceeded 3 months of continuous use.

How to cancel your membership

The withdrawal procedure shall be carried out by the 10th day of the month in which you wish to cancel your membership, and in that case, you will cancel your membership on the last day of that month. If the withdrawal procedure is taken on or after the 11th, it will be treated as withdrawal on the last day of the following month. Reception is only available at stores. We do not accept requests by phone, email, fax, etc.
*You cannot cancel your membership in the month of enrollment.
*When enrolling using a campaign, the conditions are different for each campaign, so please check the details of the campaign.

If there are any changes to various information, please complete the procedure immediately at the reception desk of the member store or from My Page on the website. If no changes have been made, there is a possibility that problems with procedures etc. will occur.

About losing or returning a membership card

You will need to reissue it at the store reception. To verify your identity, please bring your identity verification documents and visit the store. Please note that a fee of 5,500 yen (tax included) is charged for reissuing. If a Week Pass member's card is not returned, a loss card fee of 3,300 yen (tax included) will be charged.

I forgot my membership card

Please contact the front desk. Don't forget to bring your membership card to the store.

How much does it cost? Can I use it again and again?

The fee is 11,000 yen, 41,800 yen, 118,800 yen, and 211,200 yen for 1 pass, 4 pass, 12 pass, and 24 pass, respectively.
You can also use it by purchasing tickets each time, but discount coupon tickets such as 4, 12, and 24 coupon tickets are also available, and if you buy them all together, you can get a discount of up to 20%.

How to reserve a session

Please purchase a “personal training ticket” from our club customer My Page.
Afterwards, we will inform you about session reservations from the LYFT GýM personal official LINE.

Do personal tickets expire?

It is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Please digest your ticket within the expiration date.
Please note that the expiration date of your personal ticket may vary depending on your contract plan.

Please tell me when reservations can be made.

Reservations can be made between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Please specify a time of your choice according to your convenience.
*Due to each trainer's schedule, we may not be able to make a reservation at the desired time. Please be aware in advance.

How long will the session take?

One session is 55 minutes long. We will propose training content according to customer requirements.

Can I nominate trainers? Also, can I make changes midway through?

Trainers can be appointed and changed according to the customer's wishes. Please feel free to ask.

Can I cancel or change my reservation?

Reservations can be changed or cancelled up to the day before the session. In the case of [same-day cancellation], 1 ticket will be digested. Please be aware in advance.
