A machine that can train leg muscles. It can mainly train the back of the thigh muscles (hamstrings).
The starting position can be set in detail. The bed seat has a 2-split structure that bends to the lumbar peak, so you can exercise without putting a strain on your lower back.
Point 1: Adjust the pad so that it hits your ankle according to your height.
Point 2: Sleep facedown on the machine.
Point 3: Bend your knees as if you were putting your heels on your buttocks.
