Train the front side of your legs by bending and stretching your knees from a sitting position.
With fine seat adjustments, it is possible to exercise directly aimed at the quadriceps femoris.
Point 1: Sit on the seat and set the padded part of the foot so that it is in the ankle position.
Point 2: Point your toes toward the ceiling and push the bottom of your foot forward.
Point 3: Hold the steering wheel while moving so that your body doesn't float.
