A machine to train buttocks with a stable trajectory
Point 1: Get on your elbow and knee and hook the foot of one foot onto the footplate.
Point 2: With the foot of the person who caught it, push the step with the intention of placing the center of gravity on the heel.
Point 3: Once fully extended, slowly bend your knee and repeat the movement of stretching and bending your knee while being aware that the load is on your buttocks.
