A machine that can train the muscles on the front side of the thigh (quadriceps femoris muscle).

LEG extension

Train the front side of your legs by bending and stretching your knees from a sitting position.
With fine seat adjustments, it is possible to exercise directly aimed at the quadriceps femoris.

Point 1: Adjust your backrest so you can sit in a position where your knees can be fully extended.

Point 2: When the ankle is set to 90 degrees, make sure that the pad rests firmly close to the ankle.

Point 3: Don't move the hip joint, but be conscious of moving only the knee joint, and stretch your knees firmly.
