Use during pritcher curls to train your biceps.

Standing Preacher CURL

It is performed using free weights such as barbells or dumbbells.
By fixing the position of the arms, training more conscious of biceps can be performed.

Point 1: Set the stand to a height where the elbow can be fixed

Point 2: Raise the bar to around 45 degrees at an elbow angle so that your arm does not take off the pad.

Point 3: When returning, slowly lower and repeat the movement while exhaling.
